- Based on the concept “A comfortable, tense, minimalist figure with plenty of texture,” we pursue balance between design and functionality for products that create new value for lifestyles.
- Question 2What was your honest thought when first asked to make “Cat Furniture”?
- President Hirashima:
- Whimsical and freely behaving cats relaxing on furniture like people seem loving and cute. We were given a valuable opportunity and gratefully accepted the challenge. I will be so happy to raise people’s interest in domestically-made furniture with this furniture that was made with new ideas.
- Question 3What are you committed to when making cat furniture?
- President Hirashima:
- Creating cat furniture required higher-level technology and more time to match the size of the wooden parts, polishing, which greatly affects the beauty and feel, and assembly that requires higher precision. But this project resulted in a huge boost in confidence for our craftsmen. We use great-feeling fabric for mattress covers that can be washed at home. Our entire team put their heart and soul into the smallest detail.

- Comfort in relaxing space provides rhythm to life. We consider it our mission to create a pleasant and elegant life by delivering comfort exceeding expectations. To do so, we will continue to improve technology and enhance our equipment.
